3rd Annuaul Native HIV/AIDS Awareness Day

Via Ojibway Migisi Bineshii:

March 20th is Native HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. American Indians and Alaska Natives have the 3rd highest rates of diagnosis of HIV/AIDS.

There is a nationwide community events map where you can look up what’s going on in your area. Unfortunately, there aren’t any events taking place in Texas this year. Shame on us!

You can also check out the CA7AE HIV/AIDS Prevention Project for more information.
